Submit your training facility requests using this form.

Each row in the table below is a single 'training session'. You can request as many training sessions as you like. To request multiple training sessions, enter each session on a separate row in the table. For example:

  Abbotsford Recreation Centre  August 3  4 hours
  Columbia Bible College        August 3  4 hours
  Columbia Bible College        August 4  6 hours

The 2015 IC Organizing Committee will process all training requests and work to develop a fair schedule. Training facility requests received after June 15 will be accommodated on an as-available basis only. To ensure you get the training space you requre, submit your request before June 15.

Once the schedule is developed, you will receive an invoice for your training time. Facility time is not confirmed until payment is received. Reservations will be cancelled for invoices not paid by July 5.

Training Facility Notes:

Abbotsford Centre Competition Floor: Available as 1 court, August 2 and August 3 only
Abbotsford Recreation Centre: Available as 1 or 2 courts, August 2-6
Columbia Bible College: Available as 1 or 2 courts, August 2-6 and 8-9
University of Fraser Valley - North Gym: Available as 1 court, August 2-10
University of Fraser Valley - South Gym: Available as 1 or 2 courts, August 2-10
